CDJapan has a 500 yen coupon floating around. However, http://www.hmv.co.jp/?lang=en has the cheaper prices.

Yes, they do. The US and Japan share the same region code. I should know, as I got my PS3 in Japan and most of my blu-ray's are imported from the US.
