Why are certain Blu Rays OOP?

Titles like Coming To America, Disturbia, Shooter...

why are these OOP on Blu Ray?

Because they are from Paramount which does not currently support Blu-Ray anymore. (but that should change soon I imagine)

Yeah, Paramount/Dreamworks was originally format-neutral, and then they switched to HD-DVD exclusive, resulting in all their Blu-Ray titles going OOP.

That will probably change, soon.
