I think this is the pertinent part of the article:
“If there is product available in HD DVD and there is a request from a retailer, we will provide,” said Mr. Sass.
I take this to mean they may repress existing HD DVD titles if there is demand.
It should also be noted that the linked site credits an interview on DVDTown.com entitled "Will Warner Bros. re-stock old HD DVDs? We asked them".
It would seem there's still little to no chance of seeing new HD DVD titles after the end of May.

But it also seems like they are leaving a tiny little window open to release (some, a few?) future titles:
"There may be isolated instances that an HD DVD title will be created, but as a general rule our titles will be out in SD and BD only after May 31."

Warner Bros has stated that they will be doing Blu-Ray specific movie encodes from now on with higher bitrate and lossless audio that will never fit onto a HD DVD disc due to space and bandwidth constraints. So even if you split the movie to 2 discs, it will never work because the bandwidth will be way too high. The first title for this to happen on was Shoot Em Up.
So, 99.9%, it means they COULD re-press old titles already done.

let's be honest here: this is the media, the internet media. the article references a couple of quotes, which are likely out of context, and suggests some rather far-fetched conclusions.
i think we can all safely say that Warner will not be producing any HD DVD discs after May.
