I'm still amazed winning something like this. The most I've ever won was a $50 or $100 prize. I will definitely be posting pictures once it arrives.
It does say they will pick the movies, so hopefully it's not just the ones that don't sell.
They also choose the player, so it will be a Sony BDP-S300, Panasonic BD-30 or Philips BDP9000. I'm hoping for the Panasonic as my TV is also a Panasonic.

Have they said how much this is going to cost you in Taxes? Thats my worry whenever I put myself into a drawing....
I knew a guy who won a pimped out Golf Cart at the mall a couple years back... They wanted 1000 dollars to cover taxes before they would even give it to him. Sad to say he couldn't afford it.

I had the same concern about the taxes when I entered, since the estimated value is $3,000. I had entered both and then thought; my luck I would win the HD DVD one and might lose money on the whole thing.

Damn, you must have very focused tastes. It did not take me long to surpass 100 either replacing catalog DVD titles or getting new stuff.
Now, whether the 100 they are giving away are all good, that's another story.

A previous winner on another forum has said that Amazon told them that they will attempt to pick good releases for the winners instead of dumping on them poor selling catalog titles.
