purely wishful thinking at this point, but the as-yet-released artwork for American Gangster is:

Looks like a standard keepcase to me...

usually, promotional artwork at least fits the dimensions of the normal "HD DVD" red case...

Probably a fancy slipcase, like they did on the 40-Year Old Virgin HD DVD release.

yeah, just a slipcover, no way it is in a standard DVD case.
