Xbox 360 Add-On Web enabled features no longer work

Hi Gang,
Sorry if this was discussed elsewhere on this forum, if so I couldn't find the thread. Anyway, last night I wanted to show off Transformers in HD using my Xbox 360 Add-on, and suddenly it just wouldn't load. It said "Cannot play this content. Status Code: C667000A" I had no issues with this prior to the 360 update a few weeks ago, but now it seems that it's having issues with discs with web-enabled content. I know when I first put in Transformers last month it took numerous tries for the 360 to actually access the web enabled features, but it eventually worked.

However, Shrek the Third cannot access any web features, it says it can't find a network connection even though it is connected and am perfectly able to game online. Regardless of this, when I recently put the disc in, the first screen says "Loading...Web Enabled Update" And it locks up the system.

My solution for both of these issues was to select HD-DVD Drive in the Memory settings and delete everything that was on there. Then I had to disable the network from HD-DVD options. Now they both load and play just fine. But none of these issues existed proior to the recent 360 update. It seems that whether or not the network is enabled on the HD-DVD drive, the 360 automatically disconnects from the network when playing an HD-DVD. This was not the case before the update and is extremely annoying.

Has anyone else had any other issues? If anything, if you are having troubles, please try my solution in bold first before calling Customer Service or returning your disc.

This was actually the first issue I've had with the add-on since purchasing it a year ago aside from faulty combo discs.

Not a single problem with the HD-DVD drive for me.

This is a known issue with the Transformers HD-DVD.....

I had this issue as well.......I posted in the XBOX.com forums and quickly someone let me know that an update to the XBOX....corrupts one of the cookie files that the Transformer HD-DVD uses. I deleted all HD-DVD memory as you did and all was well again. I agree this is wrong if this is something that happens a lot because I had to re-download all my Transformers content which sucked. As for the Shrek HD-DVD I haven't heard anything, but I would post in the xbox.com forum. The one thing I have noticed with any of the web enabled features is that the servers that host them must be slammed or very inefficient.
