I mean, I guess it's great to know that it left Phoenix last Thursday, but no updates since then? And why does that part disappear sometimes?

My set shipped that day or the next, and arrived today. In any event, in your case, shoot them an e-mail asking why your order from who knows when hasn't shipped yet, when new orders have arrived already. That should kick it into gear.

The best thing I can say about this "set" is I got it for $49.95 ($16.65 ea). No box, sleeve, or cover. The spines and covers don't match, the fonts are different, and Bourne Ultimatum is a combo disc, the other two aren't. I was hoping to get something similar to the SD steelcase looking package. Instead we got 3 individual discs in 1 shrink wrapped package.

It's better to wait for these movies in a BOGO deal.

Yeah I thought it was a really simple package deal. When I ordered last week I got the extra 10% off and then also added a cheap filler DVD so I could apply the $5 coupon for using Amazon Visa.... came out to around $41-ish.
Not bad for the price, I just wish it was packaged like the SD set.

It was clearly sold as 3 separate movies. Identity and Supremacy were not Day and Date releases, hence not a Combo. Same can be said for Harry Potters, Oceans...

Ugh, I really hope Amazon's tracking system is messed up. Not only did the trilogy ship out a week after it's release but now on the day it's supposed to be delivered, it is FARTHER from my house than it was 3 days ago.
3 days ago it was actually in Ohio(where I live) but the status for it today says that it's in Pennsylvania.

Anyone else notice the latest folly on Amazon? You can't order the HD-DVD trilogy set anymore from Amazon (at least temporarily), so there are two Marketplace sellers selling this set for $145, as if the individual releases are OOP or something like that. Amusing to say the least.

I'm not letting this shit fly since they sell the HD DVDs seperatly and are just being assholes for not fixing something they messed up on.
Has anyone ever had any problems like this with Amazon? I'm completely appalled by this.

^^^^ See above, this is back in stock. So I'd give them a call now if I were you to sort this out and get a new one shipped to you. Sorry to hear about the trouble.

Watched the first 2 movies thursday and friday. Played all the way through without a glitch
Great picture & audio & nice xtras.
Will watch part three later today
PS Compared to Doug Liman Greengrass really loves that "herky jerky" camera style and I must say Joan Allen looks pretty good in HD!
