HDMI Cables

I’m picking up a HDMI switcher from Monoprice, and I wanted to get some feedback from others who have ordered from them. I need a switcher to handle my HD Cable Box and my PS3. I was thinking of getting this model, any feedback?

I already have one cable, and I assume that the unit does NOT come with any HDMI cables, so I need to buy 2 extra ones right? Also, I was looking at the different model of cable. What is the difference between the 22AWG, 24AWG, 26 AWG and 28 AWG? And what does the “1.3 model” and “Category 2 model” designation mean? These are not for in-wall installation. I was thinking of just picking up 2 of these cables:

Thoughts?

I own that switcher (connecting my HD DVD player and Momitsu region-free DVD). You're correct that it doesn't come with any cables.

I have no complaints about the unit. I don't end up having to use it much (just when I'm watching Region 2 DVDs)... but it works great.

If you have a friend who works at Future Shop, I'd definitely recommend buying cables through them...I've ought easily close to $500 in cables these couple opf weeks and have spent no more than $50
