my samsung bd-p1400 is only 3 weeks old... I have updated the newest firmware which was dated 10-26-07... last night it would not load any paramount or lionsgate blu ray dvds... and would only work on about 1/2 of my warner brothers blu ray dvds... it did not have a problem with my fox or disney blu rays or any standard dvds...

the tray would pop open and an error message would appear on the tv screen:

The disc can not be played.

I called samsung and after speaking to multi technical support reps, I was told the machine has an internal defect and would have to be sent to their new jersey facility for repair! (lucky for me the place where I purchased it is going to exchange it for me since it is less than 30 days old)...

has anyone else heard of this happening?!
