neither are listed at all on the release list on this site. Amazon doesn't show The Fly at all on Blu, but DvdEmpire has it for 10/9. I have Reign Over Me preordered with Amazon. I know The Fly was announced, but why doesn't Amazon show it?

Review copies are out so it should be coming out.

I didn't see The Fly listed as for release this coming week. I saw Talk To Me listed for later in the month.

Looking forward to The Fly, but wondering if these titles will work in select Blu-ray players.

Seems like the problem with this weeks Fox Blurays was only some players if they weren't updated, because of the java stuff. My PS3 played FF4 fine. Guess I'll look for The Fly at a store or maybe Amazon will add it after Tuesday. I'll have enough with the 8 I already have preordered (7Blu, 1HD-Dvd) for next week. I'm watching Evil Dead 2 now & still have Dawn & Day Of The Dead, Halloween, Underworld & Wild Bunch too! Damn Halo3 & new season of tv is getting me behind.

Did you mean Talk To Me or Reign Over Me (Sandler/Cheadle)? Both Amazon & DvdEmpire have it to preorder for Tuesady. This site is the only place that doesn't have it listed. And it's Sony, plus DvdEmpire has the back cover scan, which usually means they have it in stock since they don't usually add it until the Friday or Thursday before or until the release.

DVDEmpire has back covers scans for all the 10/9 Fox BD's EXCEPT The Fly and From Hell. The scan definitely look like they were taken of the actual product case - not just art from a press release.That might not mean anything, but typically they're pretty good about getting back cover scans up quick if they have the product.

I got a shipment from Fox today with Fantastic Four 2, Day After Tomorrow, and the two 28...Laters movies. I would think if From Hell and The Fly were coming out as planned, they would have been sent as well.

Hoax kind of disappeared from the release list also. I saw the blu-ray preview on one of the recent rentals, but with the DVD coming out soon, no sign of the blu-ray version.

I guess it really was a hoax then.

Was Amityville Horror canceled/postponed?

Yes, until next year for 'Marketing' issues. Not sure what that means, as there is no new Amityville movie coming out...

It was cancelled with no explanation...too bad to, i'd buy that movie, I thought it was great.

Amazon finally put up From Hell. Funny thing is my order has already flipped into Shipping Soon status. Weird.
