It was rumored that WB would also be releasing Constantine on 5/20, along with V for Vendetta. It appears Columbia House has a BD pre-order listing for Constantine for 5/20. I guess we'll be getting an announcement shortly.

probably already mentioned, but Twister is up for pre-order on HD DVD on May 27th. what's up with waiting so long on that one? it will probably be the absolutely last one produced. which makes me sad

Warner Brothers will release The Perfect Storm BD on July 22nd.
"Video will be presented in 2.40:1 1080p VC-1 accompanied by a 5.1 Dolby TrueHD audio track. Extras will mirror the HD DVD release with three commentaries, three featurettes, a stills gallery, and theatrical trailer."

Dimension Extreme (owned by Weinstein) announces they will release a 40th Anniversary BD edition of the 1968 original Night of the Living Dead later this year.
The dvd will be released on May 20.

I think if they ever do decide to remaster this (or any other title with aliasing), they'll release a DVD special edition with additional extras at the same time, like they did with the Kubrick titles, Blade Runner, etc., to help recoup some of the considerable cost.
