ATHF colon film in HD?

since it's WB, any chance we'll see it on HD-DVD, or should i just pick up the 2-disc when its released?

If it were going to be a day-and-date release in high-def, I think we would've heard about it by now. Guess it's DVD only.

That'd be a Fox title, right? So Blu-ray only, if it's released in high-def and if Fox is back to releasing movies on the format by then.

Sigh, someday they'll get it right.

I watched this one in a theater and the HD experience was nothing special. This is pretty low grade animation so the regular DVD is the way to go.

Hey, I'd get it. I could understand not buying it if you already have it on DVD, but for the first time, you might as well. It could still benefit some from improved compression, better colors and slightly improved sound. Plus, you'd get the convenience of having everything on one disc instead of two, and the good feeling that you're voting for HD media with your wallet.

At Amazon right now, the DVD is $20.99. The BD version after the 10% off would only be about a dollar and a half more. Why not?
