Anyone else having problems with new universal titles in 360 HD Player?

I went through 3 copies of children of men and couldn't get any to work. I just bought the Good Shepherd and am having the same problems. The screen just sits blank for about a minute and then I get a Can't Read Disc message. I have the latest updates for the system and other newer titles from other studios have worked fine.

Thanks, at least I know it's not the player. Hopefully the May 360 update will alleviate these problems.

Nope, no problems at all with Children of Men and The Good Shepherd (besides the fact that the latter film sucked ass, but not as much as Serenity)

It looks like it may be a line issue where certain discs have QC problems with both the GS and CoM.......i WAS however able to subdue SOME of the issues by using the boiling the disc method

holy crap the "boiling disc method" really works.

I have 3 copies of TGS, all of which didnt work until I tried it. The first one still wouldnt work, but the second one did. I went back and reboiled the first one and now I have 3 working discs lol

thanks
