Nah, it's really not as bad as I make it seem. So far I have picked up 29 discs for a grand total of $215.20 out of pocket. The others are a bunch of pre-orders that will come later. This Warner announcement came at the perfect time for me to build a collection very quickly and very cheaply.

Amazon Prime is DEFINITELY worth it for HD movies... Amazon frequently has *the* cheapest prices on Blu-Ray, constantly, you pay no tax, the movies get here quick as hell (I get them in a day with two day shipping because I'm so close to the warehouse), and you save on gas / time with getting it retail.

I just recently got Spider-Man HD Trilogy from the Amazon sale, watched Spider-Man 3, and the picture was amazing. Decent movie, too.

The only choice I got was 1 month but still decent.

Just got this too, I probably would have skipped it if not for the Amazon price & Adam's review. I'm very impressed by this release. Best unique packaging for a BD yet, and probably the best audio of any BD I own.

Also, a question, I've got a PS3, do I need to switch from Bitstream to PCM to listen to the trueHD track? I left it on, and my receiver recognized it as Dolby digital (if I recognized the symbol correctly). I seem to remember reading the ps3 doesn't bitsteam truehd? either way, the audio was still amazing...
