A1 HDMI to DVI problem

I have my A1 connected to my Onkyo 604 reciever through HDMI, then to my Westinghouse monitor via HDMI to DVI. The highest resolution I can get is 480p.

Anyone have an ideas?

My PS3 out puts 1080p through the same chain with no problems.

Thanks!

I'd like to know an answer to this. I have the same receiver and get 480p through HDMI with my XA1. I've been using the optical out and connecting the player directly to the TV.

Hmmm... I dont know, I have the same exact set-up (A1 going into a 604 via hdmi-dvi adapter) and no issues at all. In the setting menu, did you assign the correct setting to the HDMI out on the 604? That can be a bit confusing, and the only thing I could think as that could be causing the problem.

Yeah,

I'm pretty sure my reciever settings are correct, because my PS3 passes 1080p to the reciever then to the TV using hdmi to dvi. When I connect hdmi to hdmi I get 1080i just fine using the A1, but not using hdmi to dvi.
