Unfortunately they're located in New York and charge sales tax. Don't know about you Digi but that killed it for me.

Looks like a price mistake. Did anyone receive Jarhead which had also a cheap price from CDUniverse?

They are showing $22.99 for the 2-disc steelbook, HD DVD, and Blu-ray. I'm shocked that the high-def formats are also showing on sale. nice.

This one is primarily for anyone on the fence but Robert over at is selling the XA-1 as part of a close-out sale for $399.99!!! With 3 Free HD Discs from Toshiba, that's an incredible deal

This could be a price error so I would jump on it. For one they have the MSRP wrong on the HD DVD and it looks like you get the $5 discount without ordering the other DVD.

Definitely a nice sale.

I already picked it up for $17.94 at Buy.com (via GC), so I'll just wait for that one.

I really, really hope this will be a new trend of having excellent first-week pricing for new release HD-DVD's.
