I got an Amazon credit card, and I use their A9 search engine. If you buy 3 or more HD DVDs or BDs from them (at one time) you can enter a code to get 10% off all HD DVD/BD purchases for a year. If you pre-order, add in the 10% bonus, the A9 bonus, Amazon prime shipping, and triple Amazon points, you get a great deal on every HD DVD/BD.

Online, Amazon's 10% off seems to be a good way to go, especially if you can pre-order for $20 or less. DDD's HD-DVD prices are pretty much ass.
If you go B&M, Circuit City is better than Best Buy, usually $5 cheaper or so.
