I appreciate the post, I'm still trying to track down a discounted player but I might as well start picking up some titles that I don't need to double dip.

I would question whether or not this is really the HD DVD (even though the site calls is a "DVD HD"). The list price they have displayed is $28.99, which is actually the list price of the SD DVD, not the combo disc. So either they accidentally stuck the "DVD HD" icon on the wrong title, or this is a mis-price.

It's a mis-price, probably. They already have entries for the two SD DVD's.

Cool. I tried to find those earlier to compare the SKUs, but my searches didn't return any results for some reason. Well, I have my order in, so here's hoping they honor it (and ship the right disc).

Well, I went into a store, where the sale is also running and Firewall was marked at $28.99, so I paid 25.10 with tax, which is over $15 less than what it would have been at (2nd) Best Buy. But in general, I agree... Tower is way overpriced.

(btw, the sale ends this weekend, so you only have a few more days to get this.)

Thanks OP. That is an excellent price and judging by the MSRP they have listed this is a price mistake. Does anyone know of a towerrecords.com code that would improve the deal? I had a 10% of coupon but it expired one week ago. Any new ones?
