Are dual DVD/HD-DVD discs single layered?

Firewall was just announced.

Does that mean that both sides are single layered?

Rumor Has It... is single-layered on each side. Of course, the movie is very short and has no bonus features, so it doesn't much need dual-layer.

What this means for Firewall or other releases is unclear.

It will come down. Rumor Has It was like 39.99 online. I find that it's best to give Amazon a few days to adjust the prices a little before ordering.
