In an e-mail returned to you yesterday. I stated that this matter is being looked into. His listing has been removed from the GTL. Please give me the necessary time to get this matter resolved!

Sorry to get a little bent out of shape but this is really getting frusterating. Thanks for all you are doing to right this.
