Things have changed a lot. Stores are gone, others have fallen in service. New stores have started like deepdiscountdvd. Is it about time for a new survey?

I agree, we need to add a lot of stores to the list especially the Canadian ones that are competitive for US people due to MSRP in CDN $$. I don't want to use them if they are crappy but would like to if they are good.
