Can we get rid of the "View Post" button?

100% of the times I have clicked "View Post" I have regretted it, but I must be a masochist because I still push it sometimes. Please, for the love of all that is holy, get rid of it!

A more robust ignore/block function would be nice, but I think Adam and others have said the software just doesn't support those kinds of features.

I like the "View Post" option. There are some posters who I'm happy to be blocked in certain forums (like the political ones). But I'm fine with seeing what they have to say elsewhere (like in posts discussing tv, movies, games, etc).

Hmm, ok. I guess I could try making a browser extension that obliterates the View Post link. that might work.

^AdBlock will do it fairly easily actually. Might have to tweak the filter a little bit.

I'd rather a feature which makes it so if someone is on your ignore list, you can't see their posts, even when quoted. I know it's probably impossible but a guy can wish.

One of the only good things about modern social media sites is the 'block' feature, which is very different from ignore. I don't think any forums have that, though.
