Is it ok to start a thread for help I need with the app pdanet+foxfi? It's an app in the Google play store that lets you bypass mobile providers tethering fees.

I guess the question for me is, can the mobile provider take legal action against someone for doing this?

Ok I've done a little research and it looks like the Wireless companies don't like the app. I don't think talking about an app that violates the Terms of Service with your wireless carrier is something we want to do here.

Ok thanks. They don't take legal actions they just charge you on the usage if they catch on.
