How do people get suspended then? A mod has to ask an admin to do it?
Correct. We are changing the process though. One mod cannot saunter into the mod lair and just say, Suspend/ban mgh85411261! Their evidence must be reviewed by a 2nd mod (and hopefully more). Once there is consensus the Admin hits the suspend/ban button and the poster is notified.

There may be a situation where a poster is suspended while the review is going on (if they post like 20 personal attacks in a thread and just won't stop). We will inform them of what's going on though.
