Requesting or providing help in copying copyrighted material

Was this in regard to torrents or hacking software?

Also: What about posts on building DVD or hacking DVD players?

I've seen all 4 of these posts and I want to know what exactly shall get you banned.

Re: Requesting or providing help in copying copyrighted material

It primarily deals with illegal activities such as copying DVDs and violating copyrights. Torrent information, depending on what is being shared, could fit under that warning as well.

DVD player mods haven't been covered by that rule.
