Access problems

Hi,
I get the following message when visiting this forum from home:
"Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address."

The IP address I am connecting from is: 115.69.6.94

I've checked the Terms of Service and forum rules and I'm pretty sure that I have not broken any of the rules. Can I find out a reason why my home address was banned?

I previously sent an email to the admin, but received no reply.
