Noticed the forums seem to be a bit slower loading the last day or so. Is it just me?

They seem okay for me right now, but last night it was incredibly slow.

I noticed this more yesterday. Today seems a little better.

Noticed it too, starting yesterday. Very sluggish this morning, too, with a few pages loading as blank.

This is the first time I've been able to get in all morning.

Well... being that it's 4-20 today, I'm having a hard time figuring out if it's slow or not.

IB-Dick says it's a network issue. Not a site issue.

A little slower today and yesterday, with occasional needing to refresh a page that times out without loading.

Load times are definitely an issue for me today.

Also, I realize that I may be the only one who still regularly uses Mac OS 9 to access the site, but neither Mozilla (Wamcom build 1.3.1) nor IE 5.1 will load the site at all as of this morning. All I see is a "Waiting for forum.dvdtalk.com..." in the status bar. DVD Talk is the only one of the sites I regularly visit on that system that won't load, as a matter of fact, which leads me to believe that it is more than a "network" issue.

its a bit slow

It's worked fine for me since I logged in today, but yesterday was awful.

Bitchin' fast this morning!

Got a nasty Database Error at midnight ET that lasted until now.

We had a network error that effected a number of our sites , which consequently caused some sites to go down for about an hour last night. All errors should be resolved now. Sorry for the inconvenience.
