Looks like we lost a lot of thread pages during the latest maintenance thingamabob!

I was checking some of the threads in the Other Forum and many appear to have lost pages containing some of my best comedic material to date.

Yeah, I'm noticing a bunch of posts missing pretty much across the board.

I'd have more faith in Curly's 'chop hand' blocking the two finger eye poke than any of the lost stuff being restored.

(See Moe will just adapt and use the index finger on each hand and thusly deliver an effective eye poke in spite of Curly's nyuking over the seeming effectiveness of his 'chop hand' block)

What a mess. Bad time for something like this to happen with all of the end of month/year/decade threads and new ones that were just created (Spending threads, unwatched thread, etc). Wonder if there's any way to recover everything.

^ Caused me to check out his threads and made an interesting discovery. One of his threads had been locked. Since numerous posts have disappeared, including posts by mods, the previously locked thread is now open again.

This was supposed to happen 10 years ago. It's Y2k a decade late.

Yep. The forum started acting really strange a couple of hours ago. I even created a feedback thread about Y2K10.

I imagine X will contact some people in the morning, but I am not sure if IB people are around. I'm sure he will post when he knows something though..

Since I am awake, I emailed IB about it.
