Banning questions: for mod and admins

The only reason I'm on this site right now was because I was banned by a stupid mod who didn't like me. He has like 11,000 posts and the sites fairly new so you know he just sit's at his computer and eats cheetos all day. The website is Blu Ray.com. So have a few questions for the mods and admins of this site. Because I don't want to get banned for the little stuff.

1) Do you use the 3 strike rule?

2) Can mods be banned or punished?

3) Do the admins look over all of the bannings to make sure there justified?

4) Can the privilage of being a mod be taken away?

5) Can bannings or suspensions be shortened or cut off?

6) Do you give out infractions or warnings?

Thank you.

Maybe the solution is don't act like an ass and you won't get banned?

Those kinds of generalizations are definitely not something the mods will take lightly.

Re: Banning questions: for mod and admins

Is this that type in blue guy?

He's got trouble written all over him, as is readily apparent by/in this thread.

Let's hope the mods hurry up and ban this guy.

They used to have the rules posted here in Feedback... dunno where they went.

Just be cool, have a sense of humor. If you have a problem, use the "Report Post" button and don't retaliate online. AFAIK, the mods/admins are pretty level-headed and fair.

Except for RandyC. He's a bastard. Doesn't return my calls...

Na, but thanks for the offer. I like it better here because you can have a laugh and not get punished for it. I understand what there trying to do, make it kid friendly, but I don't think many kids come onto these type of sites. Here I can say fuck and not get in trouble but over their a member said brothel and a mod edited it. So, thanks but no thanks. I don't want to get up from my computer and come back to find i've been banned or suspended for something that wouldn't even be noticed on this site.

I have been here for years and have never thought of asking those questions.

Why would you need to know how to get banned?

Who has time for Fritos when you are taking long walks on the beach and listening to women's feelings?

After being suspended for some violation I have no idea about it's a good idea to get some kind of guage for such things.

Re: Banning questions: for mod and admins

I peed in a mod's butt and never got banned.

if you start a poll and don't include "twikoff" as an option, you get banned.

Actually, that's an answer to OP's question about if mods can be punished.

Ha! I had to edit my sentence that came after that one. It wasn't just about his posts. Let's look at his stat's compared to mine.

Me: Average posts: 13.23 a day
Number of Blu Rays: 19

His: Average posts: 17.33 (now you know who he is)
Number of Blu Rays: 942, plus he has over 6,000 DVD's

But serously X don't talk to him about my banning because I'm sick of his shit. I'm done putting up with their bullshit rules. I spent maybe an hour, hour and a half on the computer every day. Which really isn't too bad. But something tells me with all of his movies and the amount of time he spends on line, that he is way worse then me. Anyway, Me being banned isn't so much the intent of this thread. It's to get my questions answered.
