I get this message:

"You are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you have made 15 posts or more."

That means that you are only allowed to post URLs to other sites after you ahve made 15 posts or more.

Here's the confusion, at least for you... we bumped that up to 30 not too long ago and apparently we didn't change the text in the error message. Consider that fixed.
