Just an FYI to IB.
The Premium forums are missing from the top drop down list when you are in the HD Talk forum.

Those have to be manually entered into the style, and since users are responsible for creating them, I don't think I'm going to go and edit the style every time one is made. If there ends up being considerable interest in a user-created forum, I'll go ahead and get them added on a per forum basis.

I was talking about these that are present in the dropdown when you are in any other forum, except the HD Talk Forum:
