I received a message on another forum, that people from the Philippines can not sign up, as their IP is banned. They have not previously signed up before.

Can anything be done to help them?

It must be someone who has the same or very similar IP to persistent spammers.

Let me know what their IP is and I'll look into it.

I take it the email that comes up when the ip address is banned doesn't work since my email never went through either.
