An odd glitch

I can view the last page of the nba thread. I have my settings at 30 posts per page, and I can't view page 17 whenever I try it keeps going back to page 16.

We've seen this problem in the past, and can't troubleshoot it because it's not consistent enough to investigate properly. I'm sorry for the inconvenience though. Hopefully someday we'll track it down.

This happened to me once or twice, for some reason I just assumed that someone had made a post and then deleted it, but the forum still thought the new page had been created. From the NBA thread it looks like the post that would have created page 17 at 30 posts per page was made just 1 minute before this thread was created. DVD Polizei had a similar problem a couple weeks ago (referenced here: http://forum.dvdtalk.com/forum-feedb...-not-load.html ). It sounds like he's at 25 posts per page and he couldn't reach page 15 of the Black Friday thread, but the 351st post wasn't made until 20 minutes after his feedback thread was created.

It looks like it only happens with threads with a ton of posts though.
