Why do you have to wait between searches?

even if you don't hit on a search, you still have to wait xx seconds to do another. why do you have to wait at all to do a search?

you know i come to this site so often and enjoy it so much, i wouldn't have a hard time paying a little something to tell you the truth. maybe this way i won't have a cap on my thread starting!

use google to search, its faster, better, and puts less load on the servers
