Let's be honest...I think these will continue no matter what name you use.

Yeah, I came in here today to see if a mod or admin bothered to make a post.

I don't think Mrs. Nesbit is taken.

Picking the name of an accused assassin probably wasn't the smartest thing to do. I was watching the CSM XFiles episode and needed a name so I went with it.
Anyway, can I drop the "Lee Harvey" and just go with Oswald? I know this forum doesn't like name changes, but my name gets brought up against me somtimes when I make posts. And dumb jokes.

I am assuming that you've read Blade's post on this topic and appreciate that this request will be considered on its merits.
At the moment, so far as I can see, you are saying that you rashly chose a pseudonym - from which you cannot be identified unless you post personal details about yourself - and now wish for off-topic comment regarding that name to cease. One of the rules regarding name changes is that for a period of time afterwards you have to show your old screen name in the location part of your profile.
The matter can be considered by moderators generally and we will get back to you before the end of the month. Should a rash of similar requests appear, the chances are that the answer(s) will be in the negative.
