since no one's responded to the OP I'll give it a go.
Every time a post appears by someone on your ignore list, a message will state that the person's post is hidden due to them being on your ignore list.

I'm on another message board also based on the vBulletin software and have three people on ignore. One is the resident troll. One is the resident bag lady. One is the resident political troll. Whenever there's a post by them, it appears in the thread so you know they responded, but all you get is a message which says, "This message is hidden because so-and-so is on your ignore list."
Thing is about the political troll, even with him on the ignore list I am able to read all of his messages. Why? Because people quote him in their posts and then respond with their own political musings.

I would like the "ignore" functionality modified to show who has you on ignore, such that you post something and it says "Your message has been posted, but the following people don't give a ****:"
