I certainly hope I will still be able to tell about some of the seminars I go to.
After all, there are not a lot of places where you can learn to do a temporary male to female sex change using only a surgical stapler.

http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=328480 Perhaps it's time for a rules update so we know what we can and can't post these days?

Certain four-letter words are still allowed here and some of the topics and threads still are on the fringes of family friendly. Sex change threads might have to be taken to xcritic.
Those rules were made by Geoff who doesn't own the site anymore. Do they all still apply?

but what about all the children who post here? they will be scarred for life if they stumble into your sex change thread or the dirty joke thread. keep this place family friendly only violence is allowed here like on tv. sex will corrupt them ...not murder and beatings. violence is natural and an every day part of life not sex.

Just got back to see my thread was closed.
You mods seriously need to come up with a decent set of rules. Amazon ads are now more racy that we can be.
This is just stupid.

Did something change? Last I noticed, we're allowed to say ****, but now middle-school level dirty jokes aren't allowed? It's going to be tough to find a way to work dirty words into clean conversations, though I suppose if there's any group of people up to the task...

i dont understand the whole " what if the kids are reading" bullshit. shouldnt it be the parents responsability...not dvdtalk? this place is already a hugely popular place and i doubt it will drop off because of something posted in otter.
