Black Friday discussion?

Black Friday discussion?
Just a general question -- what are the guidelines for discussing the Black Friday ads/deals? I'm guessing that posting the actual adscans would be a no-no, but are we allowed to talk about them if they have been posted elsewhere? Thanks!

You cannot post any info unless it's been released by the store. This site is pretty sticky about that. You can always check out some of the other websites that annually publish prices before they're released.
I believe WalMart has stated they're legally going after sites that publish their prices early.

I would guess those might be grey area's cause someone would start posting prices and such and it be closed. My guess is will be like last couple of years and suggest no discussion.
It sucks but people can't play by the rules and someone will have to trump everyone and post what they now as fact and boom no more discussion.
Note: I think this is stupid cant talk about it but whatever keeps the lawyers away from Geoff.

My main confusion was on the term "post". I'm still unsure if that's referring to actual scan postings or just literally posting any undocumented rumor or possibility in any thread.

Again, if it's been officially released by the store, you can post the ad's contents. Usually these will take the form of either an in-store flyer or a newspaper insert/ad.
