OK, what's this weird (search related) message about?
"This forum requires that you wait 20 seconds before submitting another search. You have 42 seconds to wait before another search will be allowed."
I understand the idea behind limiting the number of searches someone can do in a given time period, but the two quoted sentences are contradictory.

My guess: since DVD Talk is load-balanced across several different servers, it could be that the time is slightly off on some of them. The system could've been comparing accesses of yours on different servers, and if the times are 20-30 seconds off, that could result in that wonky math.
