Weird images beside unread threads

Weird images beside unread threads
Instead of the normal images next to the unread threads, I'm getting this:
Which is pushing the threads WAY over to the right.
Any ideas?
EDIT: That link may not show up the same for you as it does for me...if I look at it in IE, it shows the normal image.

Tried saving the image and uploading to Photobucket, but it says the image is corrupted.
It's a long banner type file, with some vertical lines, and the tops of three letters - T, D, and T - next to the lines. Stretches a few inches out.
