Is it possible to add this to the "Quick Reply" feature?

Is it possible to add this to the "Quick Reply" feature?
It's not a big deal, but would it be possible to add a few options like quote, bold, image, and all of that to the quick reply box? I see that type of thing on more and more boards, and it's really handy sometimes.
