Not sure if there's a way to block this - or if it's just being faked -- but I just received the following message:
No idea if something like this comes from a bot or an actual "member" but just thought I'd post it for visibility.

Thanks for letting us know. I particularly liked the part where he composed his email so a bot couldn't harvest it right after he listed it where one could.
When someone signs up they get the ability to email members who have selected the option of allowing email to be sent to them through the forum. I banned this spammer but you're still free to pursue the millions this fortuitous opportunity presents.
