Some thumbs out of focus
Well, pixellated anyway.

Not that it really bothers me too much, its just kind of annoying. Is it just a resizing issue? I have noticed it on a couple of different ads, but this time I actually remembered to hit printscreen.
The page was fully loaded.
*note: Thanks to flickr resizing my image, Sergeant Preston now looks non-pixellated, but trust me, it was.

I know you guys use PHP on there, but .NET has a pretty neat app that resizes pictures on the server side and eliminates pixelation. Since browsers start to use bicubic filtering, this is your next-best option after manually resizing before posting.
I don't know if PHP has anything like it, but it might be good to investigate.

1) Images with a different aspect ratio
2) Images that are smaller than 96x140
I could use the actual width and height of the image on the forum, but because these images are of such different sizes, that could disrupt the layout, and it'd also increase the size of the Javascript file that's included on the page. I've opted to just resize each image to a height of 140 pixels in the HTML regardless. Sometimes that works well, and other times...well, not so much.
