I can't PM anyone...says I'm not authorized to. I need to due to selling some stuff in the classifieds.

Who do I speak to about this?

This is waht happens when I go to PM someone..

TLeeTx2012, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

the feature is turned off. use the email option.

Yeap....that would work if the member had their email turned on....but some on here turn it off.

What is the purpose of PMing? I can see why it would be nice in the exchange forums, but is there some other purpose of PMs?
