What's wrong with the "Last Post" feature?

For the past week or so, the "Last Post" listings don't seem to change on the main forum page. Normally, I wouldn't care or notice, but the "Last Post" in Adult has been "There was blood in my semen this morning" for a week and it is grossing me out!

I noticed a user was listed on posts, but when I clicked nothing was listed and I couldn't find any of their other posts when I checked their profile.

I did try while logged out incase for some reason it was blocked.
