Why not vBulletin 3.5.4?
I've noticed that the DVD Talk forums are using vBulletin 3.0.13.
Why are you not using vBulletin 3.5.4 software, unless Jelsoft charges more for a license?

I'm constantly monitoring the vBulletin forums and reading other large forum experiences with new versions of VB. So far the jury is out on 3.5 for large forums.
This week we added a new server to the forum to help with the forum's load. We're also redirecting all forum traffic to forum.dvdtalk.com so we can load balance between the 2 servers. Once we deal with load issues we can look at expanding what we can offer and look at updated versions of the forum.
