It seems to be about 8 minutes slow.

Maybe this will help gauge. My computer clock says 1:38 AM EDT.

I noticed because I was looking at the post times to gauge when the last five minutes of a show would be on and I flipped it on to find it was over.

According to this, the clock is actually off by about 12 hours and 17 minutes!
