Are the moderators on vacation?

I've reported three posts in the past two weeks. Two were reported because of unprovoked personal attacks, one was an instance of a member having multiple accounts. No action of any sort has been taken. On the third reported post, I asked that I be emailed just so I'd know that somebody was actually reading these complaints. That was a day or two ago, and still nothing. How do we go about being civil here when we attempt to ignore personal attacks and report them to the moderators, only to see our reports go unnoticed and these blatant rule violations go without reprimand?

Moderators do have lives, jobs, and sometimes even vacations.

Forward those emails to me and I'll see about getting them to the appropriate people.

They weren't emails, just posts reported using the "!" button. I understand that you guys have other things to do with your time, but I figured an 0 for 3 sample group from the past two weeks was enough to make this thread worthwhile. I'll email you the specifics of my reported posts within a few minutes.

FYI, I personally checked on this when it was reported. The evidence led me to the conclusion that the two accounts likely were *not* owned by the same person.
