Coming Soon Page Request

Could you please specify a new release as being a UMD if that's the case? Like for the 8/23 list it shows House of 1000 Corpses, no indication that it's actually a UMD release.

Thanks!

I'll go you one better and have it screen out UMDs entirely.

Thanks Adam!

Hope I didn't draw too much attention away from the pornography thread...

Better yet, I'd like to see some damn pictures along with each title. So many movies, usually I can recognize a title I want better by seeing the picture associated with the name of the movie.

Having that many pictures on one page is unworkable (there are 503 DVDs on there now); I guess we could break the page up, but what fun would that be? There's some DHTML stuff in there that'll launch a little window with a tiny thumbnail of the coverart if you move your mouse over it. Doesn't always seem to launch whenever the page loads, but if the links are double-underlined, it should kick in. (I didn't write or implement any of that stuff, so I don't know why that is.)

That DHTML stuff has never been there on my end. I would love that though. Kinda like how netflix does it. A little mouse-over popup could pop up with a small coverart thumbnail, leading actors, small plot description, and an amazon link.

I can't get it to come up consistently, but here's an example:

Took 5 refreshes with IE, but I just got this to pop-up. Has it been investigated on why this doesn't happen 100% of the time yet? This is a great feature that needs to be used more.

Yeah, that's a great feature. I haven't been able to get it to work at all with Netscape.
