Couple questions about trading forum (cross-border trading & paypal)
First, I wanted to join Paypal, but I'm a little confused about their account types - I was under the impression Paypal just used your credit card account for money transfers - to and from and so on - but it seems like the premier account description infers that the personal account won't. Yes, Personal says "send and receive payments" - can anyone explain to me how the heck that works? I can't seem to find the relevant info on Paypal.
Second, I *just* cleaned out my room and have quite a few DVDs, VHSs, and CDs I wouldn't mind trading/selling here, but I'm a little worried about trading (or buying, if I ever do that) cross-border - is there an official policy about how to mark packages coming to Canada? I believe the current rules are anything over $30 not marked as a gift gets dinged with (high!) customs fees, and anything over $60 Canadian that *is* marked as a gift also gets dinged. Not particularly high, if you're looking at, say, a nice box set, or a few DVDs at once.

Paypal personal will use a credit card. If you don't give them your bank info so they can make you verified you have a $2,000 limit though. Once you spend that much, it will freeze up until you verify.
Can't help on the cross border stuff.
